Instructions

.In the first step, we are going to make the Dough In a large bowl combining warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let the dough sit for 5 minutes till it becomes foamy. We will be adding the eggs, melted butter, and salt then we will slowly add in flour until a soft dough forms. Knead for 8 minutes by hand or 5 minutes with a stand mixer.
.In the second step of first rise we'll put the dough in a greased bowl, cover and let it rise for an hour (or leave in the fridge overnight for a sourdough cinnamon roll recipe).
.In the third step of roll out. We are going to roll out the dough into a 16x12 inch rectangle on a floured surface. Then spread with softened butter and sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon.
.In the fourth step of shaping the dough. We'll roll out and roll up tightly from the long side then cut into 12 rolls and then we'll pace them in a greased 9x13 pan.
.In the fifth step of second rise: We'll let it sit for 30-40 minutes until it gets puffy.
.In the sixth step of baking: We'll preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C), and then bake rolls for 25 to 28 minutes until the rolls will get golden.
.In the last step of glazing. We'll combine the glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls for the best taste.
