Step-by-Step Instructions

.In 1st step you need to preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Put parchment paper with a line spring form pan, letting the paper hang over the sides. Pro Tip: You don't need to oil/grease the pan because this cheesecake has no crust and is quite messy.
.In 2nd step you need to beat the cream cheese until it is creamy and fluffy.
.In 3rd step you need to add eggs one at a time, and whisk the bowl to ensure there are no lumps.
.In 4th step you need to add heavy cream, vanilla, condensed milk, and coffee that has been brewed before. Mix at low speed until barely mixed.
.In 5th step you need to sprinkle over the flour salt, and fold softly until it gets smooth.
.In 6th step you need to put the mixture in the prepared pan. Tap the counter with your finger or you can do it with toothpicks to eliminate air bubbles.
.In 7th step you need to bake it in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or the top gets dark brown and the middle remains jiggly. Pro tip: Do not be concerned of the burn because this burnt top is your taste companion.
.In 8th step you need to put the baked cheesecake cool at room temperature, then chill it for at least 4 hours or overnight.
