Instructions

1.Step 1: Making of Coconut Filling
2.Take a pan then add grated coconut, palm sugar and salt and put pan on medium flame or heat.
3.Stir the sugar until it dissolves and the mixture becomes slightly thick and sticky.

5.Let it cool, and give them a shape of small balls like 1 teaspoon each.

8.Get a bowl, and mix rice flour, tapioca flour, and salt in the bowl.
9.Add warm water gradually and knead until it gets smooth and pliable.
10.Make small balls of the dough and flatten them in your palm.
